Dawn Roe
Dawn is The Balance Mentor, a former physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience. Living with a long-term chest condition, recovering from major abdominal surgery and a broken leg have all shaped her practical, realistic approach to movement. She began tap dance classes in her late forties to improve her own balance, adding other dance classes simply for fun.
Inspired by her very active grandfather, Dawn now runs progressive strength and balance classes, helping adults 55+ move from “doing nothing” to feeling confident and safely independent – using the same steady, lived-in approach she relies on to invest in her own future strength and balance.
