About

Dawn Roe

Dawn is The Balance Mentor, a former physiotherapist with over 30 years’ experience. Her approach is practical and realistic, shaped by living with a long-term chest condition and recovering from major abdominal surgery and a broken leg.

Today, Dawn runs gentle, progressive strength and balance classes for adults 55+. She helps people go from “doing nothing” to feeling steady on their feet, confident, and safely independent in their exercise choices. The method is calm, structured, and continuously refined through research and real-world client feedback, because small improvements done consistently add up.
