Vibe, flow, disposition; we all have a unique frequency that, as the saying goes ‘attracts our tribe’.

You will find only what you bring in.” – Yoda
Our thoughts and every cell in our body have a vibration.  What we emit, ultimately comes back to us and so when we don’t like what’s incoming, we need to look at what we’re putting out there.  Tracking our vibe back to the source means we can then be deliberate about our well-being and design a life we love.

When we experience tiredness, our vibration is low.   However,  not all tiredness is equal and so what we think is physical tiredness can actually be the result of our inner energies being used for the wrong things.  Often this can go on for months or years and we live in a state of imbalance.

Whilst looking for a word to describe this thought, I came across ‘pneuma’.

Pneuma: (pneu-ma)
(n)the vital spirit, soul, or creative force of a person.

Aligning with our pneuma (our inner source), is like tuning in to our GPS; it gives us direction.  It is a strength when we feel depleted and calm when we feel stressed.

It doesn’t remove the obstacles (by any means!) nor will it provide an easy path around them (wouldn’t that be nice!), but it will help us to keep in tune with our essence, with really matters.  Life is full of things we must do over what we’d rather, but staying true to ourselves means we’ll stay connected to purpose.
Already know you that which you need.” – Yoda
There’s no mystery about it, we inherently know what’s good for us and consequently, what’s not.  It may be repetitive conversations with certain people, patterns of behavior, a relationship or job we should have left long ago.  Recognise what’s draining you and then ask yourself if it’s aligned with your bigger picture.
The more we tune in, the more we’ll notice the nudges that come our way and be able to adjust accordingly.
May the force be with you!
