Upgrading our thought health means we align our thoughts with experiencing life AS IT IS, not using the old software of the past. It means we are deliberate in overwriting unconscious thought patterns that have been the operating system of our lives.

Have you ever been in one of those situations where your body was there as your representative but that was about it. You were there in person but completely absent inside? It could’ve been a mild one-off event you endured or maybe it was a more painful experience which lasted a few weeks or even years.
